Wipe button mushrooms clean with a damp cloth and cut into 5 mm slices. Peel garlic and mince finely.

Distribute the prepared button mushrooms, baby spinach evenly on top, keeping the rim clear.

Bake on the lower rack for 18 minutes until the rim is golden and the base is firm. Rest for 2 minutes, then slice.
